Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, compiling Design, or deploying landing pages via the MySite.Bukkry platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease usage of our Builder Engine and associated digital architectures.

2. Platform Usage & Licensing

MySite.Bukkry provides an automated HTML compilation engine. Under these terms:

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the generated code for your marketing campaigns.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the core backend PHP logic (including our auto-destruct parameters and CRM routing scripts).
• You are solely responsible for ensuring the legality and accuracy of the content, pricing, and media you input into the Builder terminal.

3. Sandbox Trials & Auto-Destruction

Pages generated under the "Sandbox Trial" tier are heavily restricted. These deployments feature an internal 4-hour countdown. If the required upgrade threshold (payment validation via Razorpay/Stripe) is not met within this window, the server will autonomously execute `unlink` and `rmdir` protocols, permanently wiping the directory. We are not liable for any lost traffic, leads, or data resulting from an expired Sandbox execution.

4. Intellectual Property

The underlying CSS frameworks, layout matrices (e.g., 80/20 Split System), UI/UX methodologies, and backend PHP routing nodes remain the exclusive intellectual property of MySite.Bukkry. You retain full ownership of the text, API keys, and image assets you inject into the Design.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our engine serves as a pass-through node for CRM telemetry and email routing. We do not guarantee 100% uptime of third-party APIs (Brevo, Paramantra, Google Analytics). Under no circumstances shall MySite.Bukkry be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of leads or revenue interruptions.
